After doing the Saturday Health series, we at KUTE HQ realized that the “training mindset” has to be a part of everyday life. Our inner athlete has to bring that spirit of excellence and perseverance to all of our activities in order for us to truly feel victorious.
So look for inspiration, and health/fitness posts here at random – not just on the weekend.
