Conditioning this area will facilitate the cartwheeling above.  Strength at the center of the body improves posture and balance so that all activities are performed with better alignment. We’re loving the workout below from our latest workout  find blogilates – definitely one to add to our Fall/Winter workout “library”. Get ready  for a core challenge :
